Job description

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and bilingual (Spanish-English) Account Development Representative (ADR) to help grow our pipeline of potential clients. As an ADR, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing, reaching out to, and nurturing leads for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is excited about digital media, emerging technologies, meaningful human connection, and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, reach out to, and qualify leads to generate new meetings for the sales team

  • Personalize verbal and written communication to meaningfully connect with leads

  • Reach out to 100+ leads per week

  • Accurately track your daily activity using the tools and platforms provided to you

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff process when a lead has booked a meeting

  • Participate in the introduction calls that you’ve set up to provide the sales team with support and assist with taking notes

  • Follow up with prospects following introductions calls as needed

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously refine your outreach strategies

Challenges you’ll tackle

  • Navigating prospect conversations that result in rejection, unresponsiveness, and/or hesitation

  • Balancing external outreach with internal collaboration and alignment

  • Keeping communication and notes organized across multiple touchpoints and tools

  • Managing change as internal workflows and company priorities evolve

Job requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish

  • Previous experience in business development and/or sales

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and adaptability

  • Comfort with evolving processes and working independently

  • (Bonus) Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and CMS platforms
