Head of Marketing - Growth Hacker
Job Summary
The Head of Marketing – Growth Hacker is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing RebelMouse’s full-funnel growth engine across all products. This role is intensely focused on lead generation, conversion-to-sales performance, and the creation of inbound systems that fuel predictable revenue.
This person is a strategic leader with deep hands-on mastery in paid media, inbound acquisition, funnel optimization, analytics, and growth experimentation. They operate like a founder: with autonomy, speed, and full accountability for measurable results.
A core part of this role is building inbound machines designed to attract particular, high-value personas, while also driving broad market awareness and organic brand authority.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales, Sales OPs, GMs, Technology, and Operations to build a high-performing demand generation engine that targets strategic B2B SaaS segments.
Build a scalable inbound engine that combines content, SEO, narrative leadership, and technical optimization.
Analyze channel-level performance to guide budgeting, prioritization, and strategy
Design funnels and campaigns specifically tailored to our main targets, personas, and ICPs to help the business achieve our revenue growth goals.
Paid Media Mastery (Google Ads - Search, Display, Video, PMax -, Meta ads, LinkedIn Ads for enterprise personas, Programmatic, Influencers & Referral Growth)
Implement always-on experimentation cycles to increase lead generation and lead-to-customer conversion.
Optimize CAC, LTV, funnel performance, and contribution to ARR and NDR expansion
Treat brand-building and growth hacking as interconnected forces — where strong content and storytelling fuel acquisition, and performance marketing accelerates brand relevance.
Partner with technology and operations to design in-product growth loops that generate leads, improve activation, and support expansion revenue.
Define RebelMouse’s overarching narrative and ensure cohesive messaging across all products.
Transform technical capabilities into powerful stories that resonate with business and technical audiences alike.

Job requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, performance, or demand generation.
Experience in the media industry, SaaS or tech industry.
Bilingual level of English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Proven experience building inbound engines for highly specific enterprise personas (CMOs, CTOs, SEO experts, technical stakeholders) in all segments: enterprise, mid-market, and SMBs
Be focused on conversion rates at every funnel stage, especially sales conversion.
Ability to prioritize and execute with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, customer-centricity, excellent execution, and a strong sales drive.
Analytical and systems-oriented mindset
