Role Summary

As RebelMouse Ad Operations Specialist, you will be responsible not only for ad optimizations and ad setup, but also for coordinating with development team and account managers to ensure ad related projects are delivered on time, as, in most cases, for our publishers ads are the most important part of their business.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of ad operations including trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations and reporting

  • Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc. to client contacts and to supervisor

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance

  • Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ad ops process

  • Creating setup of GAM ad units and key-values by following clear instructions, exporting GPT code (with responsive mapping manually added)

  • Providing GAM ad codes and implementation instructions to development team

  • Prebid setup implementation using easy-to-use product (basic experience is needed)

  • Conduct monthly and on-demand reports from various SSP platforms

Contract and Work Schedule

  • Independent Contractor

  • Full-time (40h/week)

Job requirements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of ad operations and client service experience, especially with GAM (Google Ad Manager)

  • Experience trafficking ads for desktop, mobile, and video platforms; 

  • Programmatic ecosystem understanding: AdX, Prebid, Amazon HB

  • Newsletter ad management (direct sold and programmatic)

  • Ability to work on Prebid configuration on other platforms: Magnite, Index Exchange, OpenX, etc.

  • Must be technically adept within the digital ad space and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills

  • Ability to collaborate well with teams and proactively manage multiple tasks

  • Proficiency with Excel / Google docs (especially with pivot tables) and Data Studio

  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk)

  • English written and spoken needs to be at high level

  • HTML, CSS and JS knowledge is a plus
